I love that you were touching the motherboard all over, another dude was acting like he was doing surgery lmao! Either that or he was obsessive compulsive

Actually i got the same Intel Core and i got the Z370 MotherBoard Gaming Plus and as long as its a 300 series the Intel Core will work for it
Plank (16 days ago)
+Inspectah Loud I already have an i7-8700 that i'm going to use with it
Inspectah Loud (17 days ago)
Plank you should Get the Intel I Core 7 and at least 20 GB of ram bc you’re mother board will take 6GB of it if you have the same mother board as mine I personally a gamer got 32 it’s wasn’t that necessary at I sorta went a. Lil all out but I bring a gamer play hard demanding games so to run ark at an 8GB (MINIMUM) and 6 GB for the mother beard that’s 14GB Minimum to run ark meaning u gone have 6 left wich might result in some spikes so I went safe with 32 unnecessary but still I like it
Inspectah Loud (17 days ago)
Plank and have some decent ram graphics doesn’t make it run faster ram makes it run smoothly and more tabs at once and the processor is how fast it runs those are the main essentials of you’re pc the most you should spend on a pc is 700-900 (Mines it 800) without a new GPU and if you used to be on console like me just save 60 dollars or more a month
Inspectah Loud (17 days ago)
Plank but when you buy you’re new Processor make sure it’s a 300 series
Inspectah Loud (17 days ago)
Plank I recommend it

Fookie Bookie (3 months ago)
hi, did you need a wifi module/adapter for the motherboard?
Bitcoin Daytrader (3 months ago)
Hi Fookie, Yes if you want to use Wifi you would need a module, but you wont have to if you would buy the "msi z370 gaming pro carbon AC" Note the "AC" in the title of the motherboard, that AC version has build in Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 card

no graphics card? the cpu fan is facing straight up, i think the fan should be facing towards the front of the case, so the air goes to the rear of the case, and out.
MC Methods (5 months ago)
You skip many things. I need toknow how to connect led light cabals?
Bitcoin Daytrader (5 months ago)
Hi mate, Thanks for the view!! I never intended to make a tutorial :P to be honest I don't even install the cpu and cooling-paste / Fan right. If you want to add the ledstrip you should buy a RGB ledstrip with 4 connectors, I did solder the 4 cables of the rgb led strip to the led cable that I got with my Motherboard, it is the one with the 3 black and 1 grey cable.. I am showing that cable in this video at 9 min https://youtu.be/UezyJb2LoLg I hope that shows you what you are looking for.

if you think that memory is impressive then you should look at the Samsung PM1633a
Bitcoin Daytrader (5 months ago)
excuse me, I thought is was memory, but is a solid state drive.. I meant I bought the cheapest 500gb ssd.m2
Bitcoin Daytrader (5 months ago)
Hi Nice, Thanks for your view!! I never said that my memory is impressive, I just bought the cheapest 16gb, sure hope you have the money to buy that one, because there is no way I can afford that Samsung PM 1633a

CfenwickJ (8 months ago)
Nice vid man but I screamed when you applied the paste, should be fine though just not to much next time , I heard just a pea drop is fine because the pressure from the cooler will spread it
Richard Recupero (8 months ago)
I almost died watching this. Who does any of this stuff without research. Lol
Mike Hunt (4 months ago)
Richard Recupero he obviously did research if he knew what he was doing most of the time but the thermal paste

This is awesome, lol... I'm thinking of buying this motherboard and wanted to see it up close... great video, lol. and yeah HOLY SH!T!! that's a lot of paste, lol.
Dan Tock (4 months ago)
Lol , lol , lol
Bitcoin Daytrader (8 months ago)
The performance is pretty good (I have nothing to compare to accept a 2008 model, so everything is awesome compared to that) The z370 looks great by the way, it has a rainbow colored leds on the back, and you can plugin 2 extra 4pin led strips. By using msi software you can customize the light pattern a little bit (also with phone app). You can pick color, brightness and duration of pulse, or you set it on rainbow. My pc case now is completely illuminated with rainbow led's, it looks awesome at night.
Farendor (8 months ago)
For the first time in my life i actually yelled at the screen when i saw you apply the paste i don't mean any disrespect fella but you have way too much on there brother.
Bitcoin Daytrader (8 months ago)
Hahah awesome, Yeah I figured I did something terrible wrong ;) but the pc is still working, 4.2Ghz cpu 100% load stable at 70 degrees Centigrade.. Next time I upgrade I will fix it with less and better quality paste.
Razzz zaidi (9 months ago)

owneill (9 months ago)
Dear god... At least do some research if you have no clue how building a PC works. This hurt my soul :') Also you would've been better off saving a little bit extra and getting all high end parts instead of 2 high end (mobo, psu) + rest scuffed. Like others pointed out, do a dot of thermal paste and let the pressure spread it out, there's way too much now. Also, your cpu cooler is on there wrong. It's blowing air back into the case. Go watch some airflow guides.
GordyCOD (9 months ago)
You need to seriously take off the thermal paste and reapply it, your cpu wont be being cooled properly and, never spread out the thermal paste you just cause air bubbles, and cause ineffective cooling.
Bitcoin Daytrader (9 months ago)
Thanks for the advise Gordy, I will redo it sometime soon.
Black Eye Pranks (10 months ago)
Hahahahaha thermal paste is meant to be like a grain of rice. you actually just killed your thermal contact with that much paste
Jimmy (10 months ago)
Hi I recently got an Asus z370 and and i5 8600k. I believe I installed it all correctly because all the fans run and the PC lights all work. But when I try to plug in my keyboard and display nothing registers. Is it a faulty board?
Evan Tomoki (9 months ago)
James Hierath Maybe your RAM memory is not well plugged, i had the same problem when i build mine.
Bitcoin Daytrader (10 months ago)
I don't know, are you sure you have connected all the power cables correctly? My motherboard worked first try, so when I plugged the HMDI cable to my display and the keyboard/mouse in the usb ports it worked right away. I hope your computer is already working since it has been a day since your comment ;)
AlanDaniel (10 months ago)
OMG you put a lot of thermal paste haha
Shawn Minor (1 month ago)
Aren't you supposed to put like the size of a chocolate chip or something around that?

Brian Reed (11 months ago)
Ugh Im getting ready to plug everything in after just building off a mz370. U do realize ur supposed to keep the black tab on while u close the cpu cover. The black tab pops off itself after seating ur cpu properly. Ur cpus jst sitn there loose
Bitcoin Daytrader (9 months ago)
I thought so to Dustin, because the cpu has a certain shape that can only fit in the socket one way. Ones it is in place you cannot move the cpu at all.
Dustin Shelby (9 months ago)
The only reason the black tab is there is so dust doesn’t get in the cpu socket. While you can leave the black tab in while installing the cpu it isn’t necessary. When you pull down the lever over the processor that is what locks the processor in. The black tab has nothing to do with a cpu being loose or not. If you don’t pull the lever down then the cpu will be loose.
Brian Reed (11 months ago)
Bitcoin Daytrader lol yeah Im serious. You can actually reattach the black tab and push lever down to make certain the cpu is where it needs to be. Id like to say chances r if its working fine then it should be good but Idk that id want to risk that what if personally...
Bitcoin Daytrader (11 months ago)
Are you serious? hahah I thought I was supposed to remove the black tab. My pc is working fine and it did not seem loose since I locked it, but what should I do now?
SPACE DOG LUL (11 months ago)
congrats on new hardware! looks good
