Hello is there any free app or generator to earn btc without fees or surveys
Mandy Kennedy (29 days ago)
When i google searched libsodium releases and clicked recommended link i do not have scripts folder when i unzipped it, why?
Mandy Kennedy (24 days ago)
After i sent this question i realised that i needed python27 in the path details, then it worked, I copied my wallet id as you instructed and it came back incorrect id. as a matter of interest i understand that blockchain changes the wallet id everytime there is a new transaction but the password remains the same, could i not brute force another walllet address in blockchain to find my password and if so could i not log in with this wallet id or will this wallet id only show the balance of my blockchain at that time before another receipt was paid in? What i am getting at is if i logged in with another wallet id will it show me my current balance in blockchain? Hope i made myself clear as new to crypto currency aa you can imagine?
Bitcoin Daytrader (24 days ago)
Are you sure that you have unzipped the btcrecover folder on your C drive? It should work with the command you typed, but only if you have the btcrecover-master folder on your C drive.
Mandy Kennedy (24 days ago)
thank you, i am having difficulty in the black screen typing the details in btcrcover master etc on brute force tutorial. I am typing cd c:\btcrecover-master\extract-scripts and i get path not recognised. is the floating dash a minus sign and is c in drive capital C
Bitcoin Daytrader (24 days ago)
Awesome news that you getting a hand of it, I know it is not easy especially when you are first time installing all the dependencies, pip installing and working in Command Prompt. (It is a lot, it took me over a month to learn all this) I tried my best explaining every step I had to do in my videos so that anybody without any experience could do this rather quickly. I really hope you will be able to get your password back, and if you get stuck do let me know.. And of course I would also like to know if you succeeded the brute-force!!
Mandy Kennedy (24 days ago)
PIP installation was 100% successful. I did keep getting messages that i should use a later version of pip but it said it will still work, now to go to your next tutorial brute forcing blockchain. Thank you for your informative tutorial. I feel like a programmer now. lol

Hi dere I have only 2 words of my back up phrase .... will this btc recover help me to other words please do reply
Bitcoin Daytrader (1 month ago)
Hi Sim Mi, Thank you for checking out my tutorials. I'm sorry but If you only have 2 out of 12 than there is no way that you can get the other 10 back, that is just way to many possibilities for your pc to try. If you have 10 out of 12 then there is a big chance, but 2 is just not enough.

Excellent tutorial. Thank you very much.
One thank you this knowledge is invaluable i wish I had known more when I first was given my bitcoins. Sadly there wasn’t much I could find back then I had heard of bitcoin and knew someday it’d be big.... then a few years later when asked if I wanted PayPal or bitcoin I jumped at the bitcoin but had zero clue what I was doing and now well I don’t ever recall setting a password and none of my usual ones worked but if I do get into my wallet I will for sure pay some forward to you because when everyone else is capitalizing off everyone else not knowing you’re giving the knowledge or people to help themselves and that is amazing thank you. Sadly I fear I’m locked out for good.... but I’m gonna pray this works gotta get my dog the best vet that bitcoin can buy if I ever can figure my pass out. Thank you again.
Bitcoin Daytrader (2 months ago)
Hey Thank you for checking out my tutorials!! I sure hope you will find your password back, doggies need good vets ;)

This message strikes me when installing pyopencl you are using pip version 9.0.1 however version 18.0 is available you should consider upgrading via the python m pip install upgrade pip comm
melissa clements (1 month ago)
I get this message also and I am stumped as I have upgraded it and now will not let me install pyopencl. please help
dadi bro (2 months ago)
I sent you a message in the email as possible
Bitcoin Daytrader (2 months ago)
Thank you for pointing it out Badi, I suggest that you upgrade pythons PIP.exe by literally copy paste the command that python gives you, just in case some pip installs changed since the day I created the tutorial, after updating you could try to pip install the dependencies again.

By the way i'm going to use this to try and recover my multi bit classic, apparently you can use these same scripts / programs to do so. Not sure if you can look into multibit classic a guy pulled it off here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2383713.0 (any comments appreciated going to try myself, thank you).
John Paul M (2 months ago)
Bitcoin Daytrader Thanks brother, I may setup a workstation we sell for Autocad like programs with 32 to 42 GB of ram and see if I can run it with that argument. I usually use the same passwords, so not sure if multibit file is corrupt too as I've read about that as well. It was 4 years ago so who knows... if I figure it out I'll donate or just donate anyway once I know result :). Got btc running with your help. I'll update later thanks! :)
Bitcoin Daytrader (2 months ago)
Of course you can, you can always try to brute-force the .key file in btcrecover to get the password back. You need to make a good tokenfile to check the possibilities. There is only one small problem, when you have no clue what so ever about the password and try to brute-force on every letter/number/symbol combination, your pc will dislike it to try more than 8 characters. Btcrecover has a build in protection which will cancel the brute-force if it will take your pc longer than 168 hours (one week) If btcrecover crashes while running the bruteforce and counting passwords, than that means that your DDR Memory is full, you can use the:" --no-eta -d " argument when running btcrecover to skip the counting and run the brute-force right away.
John Paul M (2 months ago)
Bitcoin Daytrader Hey my friend, you made a video for multibit, which I was able to figure out with your help, just needed to run btc recover on the "key" back up file. Seems a little weird because the encryption file is so much smaller then the program you used here. Anyways, no luck yet, probably made some random password. Can you run a password check on every word for a week or would it crash an i7? Have many pcs manage a computer company. Thanks :).
Bitcoin Daytrader (2 months ago)
Hey John, Thank you for using my tutorial. The scripts that you found on bitcointalk need the same dependencies as btcrecover, so this tutorial will probably help you to install everything for the script. I don't know exactly how you can get the keys from multibit classic, I think you can also use openssl to decrypt the multibit.key file, which will show you the key in a new file. You need to have installed OpenSSL (and add the OpenSSL/bin folder to Environmental Variables: Path) Check this tutorial at 2:16 for openssl install guide https://youtu.be/upw_NRfbTFI Reopen CMD and run in the directory where you have the multibit.key file: OpenSSL enc -d -aes-256-cbc -md md5 -a -in multibit.key > multibit_decrypted.txt It will ask you for the password. I hope this will help you out a little bit more. I hope you can get your wallet back.

Hi Scott, thank you for using my tutorial, at the time I created the tutorial I did not know pyopencl would be updated so often, but all you have to do is download the 2018 version. In this screenshot I show you how to do this: https://ibb.co/kaZePc Just make sure that the file has the following in the name: PyOpenCL with CL12 and py27 these are on the top of the list: https://www.youtube.com/redirect?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.lfd.uci.edu%2F%7Egohlke%2Fpythonlibs%2F%23pyopencl&redir_token=N3H43cvpCRWo95tTI5OiTQkGLRt8MTUyMjQxMDg0NEAxNTIyMzI0NDQ0&v=cTalt-Zo3yk&event=video_description

hello sir can u make a video on how to know the correct sequence of our mnemonic seed which is incorrect typo or the order is not correct..My mnemonic seed is not in order when i again checked them after nano s 1.4 update as while making the update it got into problems due to win7 drivers.it got factory reset then after that i inserted my seed and found not in order..i checked them with BIP39 list and every word is in there but not the order it must be in .i kept my savings in that nano s ..i have around 0.8 BTC which i purchased lst year and forks too..i cant see my money getting lost infront of my eyes..can u pls make a video on that with sample mnemonic 24 seed words by using python script called mnemonic.py or combos.py ..i read about them but dont know how to do that as i am non technical person..thank u.
Bitcoin Daytrader (6 months ago)
Woow you got your seed back? That is awesome news my friend!! I'm very happy to hear that. Thank you for your generous donation.
zakir hussain (6 months ago)
sir ..thank u sir..i have found the right seed as per ur instructions sir..i will send 0.01 BTC as soon as i insert them in my ledger.a small thanking gift for ur help...keep on good work sir.thank u very much..u r doing great job..
zakir hussain (6 months ago)
Thanks for reply sir ..i will sure check it..it will take some time for me to understand the process as i am not a tech savyy and have no knowledge with programming i have to follow each step like spoon feed..i will definitely donate u a small amount of btc if my coins are recovered for ur support..i am very unhappy now and not able even eat properly..i am a long holder and trying to add small amounts whenever i get some extra money from my extra hours job..now if the seed is not able to recover all my savings will be lost forever..i will tell as soon as i follow ur instructions of what abouts..thank u
Bitcoin Daytrader (6 months ago)
Hi Zakir, I've been looking for the programs you mentioned, but could only find a generate tool with the name mnemonic.py, but this can not be used for recovery. You could try to use the seedrecovery.py script that can be found in the C:\btcrecover-master\ folder. You can probably just double click on the file in windows explorer, but only if you have installed the dependances from this tutorial. This script gives you some pop ups, with some questions, this script did work in finding the 12th word when entering 11 words. So maybe it will be able to find the right sequence for you.

Hi - fantastic video - very clear. Only problem is that pyopencl 2017 website has been updated and no longer contains any 2017 files. The 2018 equivalent file does not work... any ideas?
Bitcoin Daytrader (7 months ago)
Hi Tim, awesome that you used my tutorial! It should just work fine, a minute ago I did try it out myself with the 2018 pyopencl file. In the following image you can see how I did it: https://ibb.co/kaZePc

hello when I try to add --enable-gpu, I get this: C:\Python27\lib\site-packages\pyopencl\cffi_cl.py:1521: CompilerWarning: Non-empty compiler output encountered. Set the environment variable PYOPENCL_COMPILER_OUTPUT=1 to see more. "to see more.", CompilerWarning)
Bitcoin Daytrader (7 months ago)
Hi Yurik, Did you install PyOpenCL? if you did than it might be unable with the kind of wallet you are using, because the --enable-gpu option only works for bitcoin-core and litecoin-core kind of wallets.

Bitcoin Daytrader (7 months ago)
Hi Patrico, Thanks for using my tutorial! I'm sorry but I don't know why you would get this error or what it even means. You could try to reinstall python, maybe that could help if not maybe try an other version of python 2.7, as long as it is at least python 2.7.8. I hope this helps you out.

Hi BD tried this link - does not work: pyopencl‑2018.1.1+cl12‑cp27‑cp27m‑win_amd64.whl ... cmd prompt rejects it... stumped!
Bitcoin Daytrader (8 months ago)
jommy seyifunmi, you can just download the newest version pyopencl2018 from the link in the discription, make sure it has py27 in the name. While pip installing change the name in the pip install to your downloaded file.

Hi there, I cant install pywin32-221 as it says I need Python 2.7, which was not found in the registry. I made sure I installed Python 2.7 like you showed. Could you help? Regards
Bitcoin Daytrader (8 months ago)
HI Carlos, did you figure it out? I would suggest uninstalling python2.7.14 and reinstalling it again. PyWin32 needs python to be installed. You can find direct links in the description of the video

No worries, I know they've added options to use against cryptocurrency wallets, I'm watching a bunch of videos to try to figure it out myself though.
Bitcoin Daytrader (10 months ago)
Wow thanks for the advise bro, I never heard of this program hashcat, but it seems impressive. It is not specifically made for bitcoin wallets, so I think it needs to be setup a certain way, with the right encryption type and all sorts of stuff. If I am able to use it to open a wallet I will definitely make a tutorial about it. But that might take a while to complete.
Masoneer (10 months ago)
No worries, it's back up. However, after 5 million passwords tried+typos I still can't open my Litecoin core wallet. So the passphrase is nothing like I thought it was, I might just have to try a giant password list as litecoin is skyrocketing. I might try hashcat, but can't figure out how to use it. Perhaps you could make some videos on how to use hashcat?
Bitcoin Daytrader (10 months ago)

A Rahiman (10 months ago)
hello How to use btcrecover after installation of all necessary files? is it possible to generate private key of my lost account?
Bitcoin Daytrader (10 months ago)
I hope you can find some information regarding your wallet, maybe you can try to recover files from that old hard disk (http://www.techradar.com/news/software/applications/best-free-data-recovery-tools-1321723) or search for a backup in Google Drive, other hard disk, maybe you wrote some information on paper.
A Rahiman (10 months ago)
oh ok, actually my old pc hard disk got corrupted
Bitcoin Daytrader (10 months ago)
I can't, nobody can if you only have a wallet address. If we could we would all be hacking one of the big btc accounts (https://bitinfocharts.com/top-100-richest-bitcoin-addresses.html) and bitcoin would not be worth more than a penny. You need something, a wallet backup file, blockchain ID, password, Mnemonic Code(12 word backup)
A Rahiman (10 months ago)
I only have wallet address. Can you please email me the steps at [email protected]
Bitcoin Daytrader (10 months ago)

If you could send me a screenshot of the problem you encountered I might be able to help you out. Regards
