DFS Dayak Fitness Style (Kiat Bugar ala Dayak Kalimantan Tengah).

Generally, fitness therapy’s main effect is on the muscles and joints. But, it just cares on joints and muscles. Therefore, it will be a limited way in gaining freshness of body.
Human brain is more than anything else. The brain is a center of all idea possibility to make organs or parts of body of human in its each proper function. The brain makes our mind to activate reversed mutual responses onto the parts of body.
Certainly, We cannot expect requesting anyone else to help us gain our body fitness anytime anywhere. But, it should has been resolved whenever you used DFS.
DFS empowers the human brain intelligence for managing all of the body parts in alone or group of person for they do an effort to refresh flesh, bones, tendon, nerve, flesh bones, skin, body hair and all body parts must be totally fresh able.
DFS is the ways in stimulating human brain to get a feeling of fitness to human body, in which it is getting a better freshness. It is the way to use any ways getting fitness through the best enjoyable feeling using the main body parts (normally are the hands) in shaking, wrestling, trembling, vibrating, trembling your body anytime anywhere whenever needed. You can do it in pair or in rows or in colossal number of people to help each other in practicing it like a health treatment innovation.
Application of DFS for a group or colossal is simple. One of Dayak’s dance namely Manasai, in which everybody joint in a group forming a cycle. Everybody inside the group can directly touching shoulder or back side body of anyone before or in front him or her.
The main basic way of doing DFS is laid down upon the non limited ability of yourself in exploiting usage of your hands to press than vibrating parts of your body. Moreover, ways or its improvement depends on your creativity, where you can combine many ways to do it so such as ways of rubbing grinding brushing pumping throttling rolling tensing grabbing pushing pounding pressing massaging bending pulsing stringing scraping stirring.
DFS practices anytime anywhere, such as by waking up in the morning, before leaving the bed, or before go to sleep, there are a proper time to begin for you to do it so, thereafter, from which you will get a better feeling to start or rest your daily activities.
Don’t limit yourself !. Use many ways to get the best enjoyable feeling transferred effects onto your body by using your own hands in efforts of shaking trembling tremor vibrating your body anytime anywhere without any precaution.
I’ve been inspired by a man dancer of Dayak in the youtube video titled Documentary Film of Central Kalimantan” that was uploaded by myself. In which He has performed an ancient dance which is so called “Kenyah”.
Every time I saw the dancer, I’ve been always triggered of thinking in a curious mind, that thereafter, I were must doing something in my mind ......, but I didn’t know what it was.
Meanwhile, in coming of older age, my body healthiness was decreasing, I’ve got several troubles of unstable or over limit of indicators of my health such as diabetes, cholesterol, triglyceride acid, uric acid, hypertensive, stomach acid and hair loosing.
I’ve done several ways of treatment in improving health of mine. Sport, herbal, food, living style are important to be adjusted. However, those all has had a positive impact on me, but there stood still the permanent feeling of no freshness of my body.
One day, I’d just finished using sport static bicycle, then took a rest. Although, after did the sport, I’d got a feeling about my body was not very fresh. While watched a TV in my room, I had remembered the Dayak dancer, and he was stimulating me to cross my hands, moving them while in contact, but was no effect.
Unintentionally, at the crossing contact of my hands, I made a try to press and rub, or like saw while shaking each other of them, in which I’ve got a feeling a very enjoyable treatment. So I’ve improving the limited way to many ways of treatment styles.
Based on the above experience, I made this video for all of you. But, this is only the basic course. Don’t hesitate to do it yourself and taking the advantages freely and healthy. You are thereafter off course, should not be denied to find more and more improvement from the very basic ways of mine.
