Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake (with a brownie crust)- with yoyomax12

This cheesecake is simply spectacular. It will satisfy anyone with a love of chocolate and peanut butter. Cheesecake playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQhvHiBS6HlF4dFWHBiLT5gem3LuoPTcg BROWNIE LAYER (CRUST): 6 tbsp butter melted (I used salted) 1 1/4 cup sugar 1 tbsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 cup plus 2 tbsp all purpose flour 1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Following to be sprinkled on top of brownie layer once baked: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup peanut butter chips 6 Reese's peanut butter cups cut into quarters Prepare your springform pan by lining the bottom with a circle of parchment and then grease the pan and parchment. Your springform pan should be at least 3" high on the sides. I used a 9" diameter springform pan. If it is not (I suspect a lot of them aren't) you may have some cheesecake batter leftover, so you may want to plan for some mini cheesecakes at the same time. Stir together the melted butter, sugar and vanilla and then add the eggs and blend. Stir in the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gently spread into the bottom the pan and then bake at 350F for about 25 minutes. Remove from the stove and then sprinkle with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and chopped peanut butter cups. CHEESECAKE BATTER: 2 pounds ( 4-8oz packages) of cream cheese brought to room temperature. Don't skip this step! 5 eggs 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cups heavy cream or half and half 1 tbsp vanilla Beat the cream cheese until smooth, light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time and then add in sugar, peanut butter and cream. Blend until smooth an then stir in vanilla. Pour filling into pan. It is okay to go right up to the edge of the pan as this does not rise very much and should not overflow. Cover the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil and then place into a large roasting pan partially filled with hot water. The water should come up to about halfway up the sides of the cheesecake pan. The water bath will help the cheesecake cook evenly and will help keep it from cracking. Bake at 325F for 90 minutes. I turned the oven off at that point and then propped the oven door open. I allowed it to cool in the oven that way for an hour and then let it cool for another hour on the counter. I then put it in the refrigerator overnight to completely chill. Remove from the springform pan and transfer to serving dish. Drizzle with chocolate ganache (recipe below) and garnish with an additional 6 peanut butter cups cut in half. CHOCOLATE GANACHE: 1/4 cup heavy cream 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Heat the cream until hot, add the chips and allow them to sit in the hot cream for 1-2 minutes. Stir together until smooth (I had to put it back in the microwave to heat if up for a few seconds to completely melt the chocolate). I transferred the ganache to a zip lock bag with the corner cut off and drizzled it on the cheesecake. Betty demonstrates how to make Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge. This is a very easy recipe that combines two favorite flavors. Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge cooking oil spray 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk 2 tablespoons butter 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 10-ounce bag peanut butter chips Line an 8-inch by 8-inch pan with aluminum foil, using two layers of foil placed at right angles to each other. Extend the foil slightly beyond the upper edges of the pan and turn it under in order to use the extensions as “handles.” Spray the foil-lined pan with cooking oil spray. In a small pot, stir sweetened condensed milk and butter over low heat until butter melts. Put 1/3 cup of mixture into small bowl and add chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted. Put the peanut butter chips into mixture in pot. Stir until chips are melted. Put peanut butter mixture into sprayed pan. Put chocolate mixture by teaspoonfuls over the top. Swirl with a knife over the top until nicely marbled. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Use the aluminum foil “handles” to lift the foil (containing the fudge) and place it on a cutting board. Cut fudge into squares of desired size and place on nice serving plate. You can never go wrong when pairing chocolate with peanut butter. Even if you don't like peanut butter you are going to love these Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars. The flavors combine so well, a bit of sweet, salty, chocolaty, nutty flavor, mmmm...totally amazing. It takes no more than 20 minutes to prepare and everybody will love it. Place the biscuits (or graham crackers if used) into the bowl of a food processor and blend until crumbs form. Add peanut butter and melted butter and process until completely combined and the mixture holds together. 2. Slightly grease a 8x8 inch (20x20cm) square pan and line with parchment paper, in such a way that some edges are longer to make it easy to lift it up once it's set. 3. Spread the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking pan and press with the back of the spoon to create a smooth surface. 4. Melt chocolate and 2 tbsp (30g) of creamy peanut butter over bain marie, over low heat. Stir until smooth. Meanwhile place the other 2 tbsp (30g) of peanut butter into a small sauce pan over low heat and stir until melted and smooth. Spread the chocolate over peanut butter layer. Add teaspoons of melted peanut butter on top and with a knife create swirls on the surface. 5. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set. Let it sit 10 minutes at room temperature before cutting. In a bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. 2. In another bowl add the peanut butter, butter, granulated sugar and dark brown sugar. Using an electric mixer or a wooden spoon , mix well until creamy. 3. Incorporate vanilla extract and eggs one at a time. While still warm press again the center of each cookie if necessary 8. While they cool prepare the chocolate ganache. Heat the cream in a small saucepan. When the cream just begins to boil at the edges, remove from heat and pour over the chopped chocolate. Let sit one minute, then stir until smooth. Let it cool for 5 minutes before filling the cookies. 9. Fill the cookies with chocolate ganache and let it set before serving.They can also freeze well up to 2 weeks. This is everything you love about a good campfire s'more turned into a melty, gooey, warm, and delicious dip. We know you won't be able to stop at one bite, especially when you find out what secret ingredient we add into ours! S'mores Dip Adapted from Five Heart Home Ingredients 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips 10 large peanut butter cups 15 jumbo marshmallows, halved Graham cracker squares Special equipment: 8-inch cast iron skillet Directions Adjust the oven rack to the center position of the oven. You want an even heat all around the skillet. Place the cast iron skillet on the rack and preheat the oven to 450ºF. Once the oven is hot, use a pot holder or towel to remove the hot skillet from the oven. Place oil in the skillet and using a pot holder to hold the handle, swirl the oil in an layer on the bottom of the skillet to coat evenly. Place skillet on a pot holder and pour chocolate chips in an even layer. Carefully arrange Reeses peanut butter cups in one even layer over the chocolate chips. Arrange marshmallow halves over the peanut butter cups, un-cut side up, until the skillet is covered completely. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until the marshmallows are toasted to your preference. Watch closely. Use a pot holder or oven mitt to remove the skillet from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve immediately with graham cracker squares or sticks, but be careful because the dip, and the skillet, will be hot. Hot fudge chocolate and homemade peanut butter sauce are swirled into the most delicious and decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Milkshake. ________________________________________­↓↓↓↓↓↓ CLICK FOR RECIPE ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ _______________________________________ Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Milkshake with Homemade Peanut Butter Sauce Time to Make It: 10 minutes Yield: 4 shakes Ingredients 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 cup smooth peanut butter 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup milk 1 cup hot fudge sauce 4 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups to garnish (optional) Instructions 1. Make your Hot Fudge Sauce (if using homemade) and Peanut Butter Sauce. Combine the melted butter with the creamy peanut butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Use a hand mixer to mix until smooth. 2. Scoop ice cream into a blender. I fill my blender up 3/4 full with vanilla ice cream and it makes about 4 tall shakes. Add in milk halfway up the ice cream. Blend until smooth. You may need to add a little more milk if it is too thick. 3. Scoop a spoonful each of the hot fudge sauce and peanut butter sauce into each cup. Fill the cup halfway with the vanilla shake, then spoon another helping each of the hot fudge and peanut butter sauce. Fill the cup to the top and top with drizzles of the sauces. Use a long stick (chop stick, butter knife, etc) to swirl the sauces immediately. The sauces will thicken as the ice cream cools them off, but will remain soft enough that you don't end up with hard bites in your shake. 4. (Optional) place a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup on the top of each shake. Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce Time to Make It: About 15 minutes Yield: 4 cups Ingredients 1/2 cup butter 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips 2 cups sugar 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk 1 tsp vanilla Instructions 1. In a medium saucepan combine butter, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, sugar, and evaporated milk. Stir to combine over low heat. 2. Bring to a boil (see cooking lesson below). Reduce heat to medium and continue simmering for 7 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and add vanilla. 4. Blend the mixture for about 2 minutes using a blender or hand mixer. Thanks for watching! SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL https://www.youtube.com/user/LoveatFirstBiteMC FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/chefmarcelcocit?ref=ts INSTAGRAM: http://instagram.com/marcelcocit TWITTER: https://twitter.com/MarcelCocit Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies Servings: 24 2-inch Brownies Ingredients 6 ounces unsalted butter (1-1/2 sticks) 4 ounces dark chocolate (I use 72% Belgium Chocolate) ½ cup creamy peanut butter plus ¼ cup for the swirl topping 2 cups granulated sugar 4 large eggs 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ¾ cup all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt Cooking spray (I used coconut oil spray) Powdered sugar for dusting the brownies Directions 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray the bottom and sides with cooking spray. 2. In a small bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. 3. Combine the butter and chocolate and melt over on top of a double boiler that’s on medium heat. Then add in ½ cup of the peanut butter and whisk until blended. Remove from heat. 4. Add the sugar to the chocolate peanut butter mixture and whisk until combined. Add the eggs one at a time, along with the vanilla extract, and whisk until completely incorporated. Finally add the flour mixture and whisk until all blended. 5. Pour the batter into your prepared pan. Place the ¼ cup of peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 10-15 seconds until softened. Then place dollops of peanut butter all around the batter and with a knife make a bunch of swirls into the batter. 6. Bake the brownies for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted into the middle of the brownies and it comes out slightly fudgy. Remove from the oven and cool completely on a rack. 7. Remove the brownies with the aluminum foil and place onto a cutting board and with a serrated knife cut into 24 2-inch squares. Place the brownies onto your favorite platter and dust them with powdered sugar and enjoy the love! ☺

Giant Peanut Butter Cup From Brett Long, POPSUGAR Food INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 pounds dark chocolate candy melts 2 cups peanut butter 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/4 cup white candy melts Special equipment: 8-inch round tart pan Piping bag DIRECTIONS Melt dark chocolate candy melts in the microwave, in 30-second intervals or until completely melted. Pour a quarter of the chocolate in the tart pan, completely coating the bottom and the sides. Place in freezer for 5-10 minutes until set. Repeat process 1 more time. Place sweetened condensed milk in the fridge to keep cold 2. Beat cold heavy cream on medium in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment (or using a hand mixer) until stiff peaks form. 3. Turn down the speed a little and pour the condensed milk into the whipped cream. (Stir in vanilla extract now if desired). 4. Now you have your ice cream base you can add in your desired flavors and fixing once it is nice and thick. GO NUTS! experiment and enjoy creating something that is all you. 5. Place in a large resealable container and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight before eating. Keep for up to 2 weeks. MAKING THE PEANUT BUTTER & CHOCOLATE FLAVOR 1. Combine the peanut butter and Ice cream base together. Drizzle in the cooled melted chocolate. Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keep for up to 2 weeks.

It was love at first sight. INGREDIENTS 1 box Chocolate Brownies mix 1⁄2 cup peanut butter chips 1⁄2 cup dry roasted peanuts (original recipe says chopped, I left them whole) Peanut Butter Filling 3⁄4 cup creamy peanut butter 1 cup marshmallow cream (such as Marshmallow Fluff or Creme) 3⁄4 stick (6 Tbsp) butter, softened 3⁄4 cup confectioners' sugar (also called icing sugar or powdered sugar) Chocolate Glaze 6 oz bittersweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped 5 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp corn syrup PREPARATION 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line a 9-in. square pan with foil, letting foil extend above pan on opposite sides. Coat foil with nonstick spray. 2. Prepare brownie mix as package directs for fudgy brownies. Stir in peanut butter chips and peanuts. Spread evenly in prepared pan. 3. Bake 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs attached. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. 4. Filling: Beat peanut butter, marshmallow cream and butter in a medium bowl with mixer on high speed until well blended. Reduce speed to low, add confectioners' sugar and beat until blended. Spread evenly over brownie. 5. Glaze: Microwave chocolate and butter, stirring at 30-second intervals, until melted and smooth. Cool slightly; stir in corn syrup. Spread evenly over Filling. Refrigerate 1 hour until Filling is firm and Glaze sets. 6. Lift foil by ends onto a cutting board. Simply place the flour into a skillet over medium heat and toast for 3 to 5 minutes. Use the toasted flour in the recipe as directed. No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars Prep Time: 15 minutes Ready In: 4 hours, 15 minutes Yield: about 16 pieces Cookie Dough Layer ½ cup butter, softened ¾ cup brown sugar, tightly packed ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk 2 cups mini chocolate chips Peanut Butter Layer 1 cup smooth peanut butter ½ cup powdered sugar Chocolate Layer 12 ounces milk chocolate chips ½ cup heavy cream (optional) Instructions Spray a 9x9 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Make the cookie dough layer by using a hand mixer to cream together butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix in salt and vanilla. Slowly mix in flour and sweetened condensed milk, alternating between the two. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Press the dough into the prepared baking pan. Make the peanut butter layer by using a hand mixer to cream together peanut butter and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Gently spread the peanut butter mixture over the cookie dough layer. Make the chocolate layer by pouring the chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. For a softer chocolate layer, pour in heavy cream (optional). Microwave 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until chocolate is smooth and melted. Pour over peanut butter layer immediately and smooth out with a rubber spatula. INSTAGRAM http://www.instagram.com/gemmastaff FULL RECIPE BELOW Gemma's Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cheesecake (Adapted from Taste & Tell Blog http://www.tasteandtellblog.com/reeses-peanut-butter-cheesecake/) INGREDIENTS CRUST 30 chocolate cookies (I used Oreos) with the center scraped out 6 tablespoons butter, melted CHEESECAKE 32 oz (2 lbs) cream cheese 5 eggs, whisked 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar 1 cup smooth peanut butter 2 teaspoon vanilla extract TOPPING 1 cup cream 1 cup (8oz) good quality chocolate, chopped ½ cup Toasted peanuts tossed in salted caramel sauce (optional) DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan. 2. Put the chocolate cookies in a food processor and process until they form fine crumbs. Add in the melted butter and process to combine. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. 3. Refrigerate while you prepare the cheese cake filling 4. On a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese on medium until smooth and light (4-5 minutes) 5. Run a spatula around the bottom of the bowl to pull up any lumps. 6. When smooth, add in the peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla; beat until combined 7. Slowly add in the whisked eggs, one at a time, scraping down the sides of the bowl when needed. Beat until the mix is smooth. 8. Pour into your cheesecake tin. 9. Bake the cheesecake until it is just set, about 1 hour 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and allow the temperature to come down gently for about an hour. Remove from the oven, cool completely, then refrigerate until completely cool. 10. To make the chocolate ganache, heat the cream just before simmering. 11. Remove from the heat and pour over the chocolate chips. Allow the mixture to sit for a couple minutes, then stir until smooth. Pour over the top of the cheesecake, allowing it to drip down the sides. 12. Mix the toasted peanuts in my signature caramel sauce for extra flavor and texture.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars Igredients: 150-200 grams chocolate bar(milk chocolate, semisweet, dark) 90 grams biscuits(graham crackers or digestive biscuit) 1/4 cup peanut butter (exra for toppings) 2 tbsp melted butter Procedure: 1) Crush the biscuits into a fine sandy texture(you can use food processor, mortar and pestle or you can pound it with a mallet) 2) Add peanut butter and melted butter then mix until well blended. 3) Lightly grease the baking dish and place a wax/parchment paper in the bottom of the baking dish. 4) transfer the crumbs into the baking dish. 5) Press it so it will hold the shape. Be sure to distribute it evenly.The bottom of a drinking glass can help to even it out 6) Cover and chill to set or just set it aside. 7) Melt the chocolate using a bain marie or microwave. Use a stainless bowl or a heatproof glass bowl. Note: sliced or break chocolate into pieces. Be sure that the utensils(bowl and laddle) are dry. There should be no moisture. water should not be strongly boiling but simmer only or set the stove into low heat. Be sure the water is not touching the bottom of the bowl. Stir chocolate constantly until it melts. 8) Transfer the melted chocolate into the peanut butter mixture. Spread chocolate evenly 9) Optional: melt 3 tbsp of peanut butter. Add 1/2 teaspoon of melted peanut butter on top. Using a toothpick swirl it so it will have a nice design. Or you can top it with crushed peanuts. 10)Chill for 5 hours or overnight. 11)Let it sit for 15 minutes at room temperature before cutting. 12)Slide the knife in the corner side of the dish and it will just pop out. Then slice into bars.

I forgot to tell you, you don't have to swirl in the chocolate layer. When I first made this many, many years ago, I heated the chocolate part until very hot. While very hot, I poured it over the top and spread it evenly over the PB layer. When cut, you get a lovely and neat double layered fudge. (all of my recipes are so old hahaha) I believe it may have been called Peanut Butter Cup Fudge.
