Betty's Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Betty demonstrates how to make Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge. This is a very easy recipe that combines two favorite flavors. Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge cooking oil spray 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk 2 tablespoons butter 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 10-ounce bag peanut butter chips Line an 8-inch by 8-inch pan with aluminum foil, using two layers of foil placed at right angles to each other. Extend the foil slightly beyond the upper edges of the pan and turn it under in order to use the extensions as “handles.” Spray the foil-lined pan with cooking oil spray. In a small pot, stir sweetened condensed milk and butter over low heat until butter melts. Put 1/3 cup of mixture into small bowl and add chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted. Put the peanut butter chips into mixture in pot. Stir until chips are melted. Put peanut butter mixture into sprayed pan. Put chocolate mixture by teaspoonfuls over the top. Swirl with a knife over the top until nicely marbled. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Use the aluminum foil “handles” to lift the foil (containing the fudge) and place it on a cutting board. Cut fudge into squares of desired size and place on nice serving plate. You can never go wrong when pairing chocolate with peanut butter. Even if you don't like peanut butter you are going to love these Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars. The flavors combine so well, a bit of sweet, salty, chocolaty, nutty flavor, mmmm...totally amazing. It takes no more than 20 minutes to prepare and everybody will love it. Place the biscuits (or graham crackers if used) into the bowl of a food processor and blend until crumbs form. Add peanut butter and melted butter and process until completely combined and the mixture holds together. 2. Slightly grease a 8x8 inch (20x20cm) square pan and line with parchment paper, in such a way that some edges are longer to make it easy to lift it up once it's set. 3. Spread the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking pan and press with the back of the spoon to create a smooth surface. 4. Melt chocolate and 2 tbsp (30g) of creamy peanut butter over bain marie, over low heat. Stir until smooth. Meanwhile place the other 2 tbsp (30g) of peanut butter into a small sauce pan over low heat and stir until melted and smooth. Spread the chocolate over peanut butter layer. Add teaspoons of melted peanut butter on top and with a knife create swirls on the surface. 5. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set. Let it sit 10 minutes at room temperature before cutting. In a bowl mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter. Pour crumbs into pie dish and pat down to form a crust. Bake crust for 5 minutes or until set. We know you won't be able to stop at one bite, especially when you find out what secret ingredient we add into ours! S'mores Dip Adapted from Five Heart Home Ingredients 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips 10 large peanut butter cups 15 jumbo marshmallows, halved Graham cracker squares Special equipment: 8-inch cast iron skillet Directions Adjust the oven rack to the center position of the oven. You want an even heat all around the skillet. Place the cast iron skillet on the rack and preheat the oven to 450ºF. Once the oven is hot, use a pot holder or towel to remove the hot skillet from the oven. Place oil in the skillet and using a pot holder to hold the handle, swirl the oil in an layer on the bottom of the skillet to coat evenly. Place skillet on a pot holder and pour chocolate chips in an even layer. Carefully arrange Reeses peanut butter cups in one even layer over the chocolate chips. Arrange marshmallow halves over the peanut butter cups, un-cut side up, until the skillet is covered completely. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until the marshmallows are toasted to your preference. Watch closely. Use a pot holder or oven mitt to remove the skillet from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve immediately with graham cracker squares or sticks, but be careful because the dip, and the skillet, will be hot. In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter and powdered sugar until combined. Pour mixture into tart pan, spreading it evenly across. Place pan in freezer for 10-15 minutes to set. Pour remaining chocolate on top of peanut butter mixture, and place in freezer for 30 minutes to completely harden. Melt white candy melts in the microwave, in 30-second intervals, and then pour into a piping bag. Snip the tip, and pipe the symbol π on top of the peanut butter cup. Gluten free, full of flavour and easy to make! With this Peanut Butter Swirl Brownie Recipe, you'll never know that they are gluten free. Ingredients ⅔ cup (175g) plain greek yogurt ¼ cup (60 mL) 2% milk 1 large egg Pinch of salt 1 tsp (5 mL) baking powder 1 cup (250 mL) sugar ½ cup (125 mL) unsweetened cocoa powder ½ cup (125 mL) rolled oats (Not quick oats) ¾ cup (175 mL) peanut butter chunky or smooth Method: Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC) Prep an 8"×8" cake pan with butter and parchment. Place all the ingredients except the peanut butter into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and the oats are broken up. You should stop the blender and scrape down the sides once or twice. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds or so to loosen it up. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter onto the batter, and gently swirl with a knife. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL https://www.youtube.com/user/LoveatFirstBiteMC FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/chefmarcelcocit?ref=ts INSTAGRAM: http://instagram.com/marcelcocit TWITTER: https://twitter.com/MarcelCocit Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies Servings: 24 2-inch Brownies Ingredients 6 ounces unsalted butter (1-1/2 sticks) 4 ounces dark chocolate (I use 72% Belgium Chocolate) ½ cup creamy peanut butter plus ¼ cup for the swirl topping 2 cups granulated sugar 4 large eggs 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ¾ cup all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt Cooking spray (I used coconut oil spray) Powdered sugar for dusting the brownies Directions 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray the bottom and sides with cooking spray. 2. In a small bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. 3. Combine the butter and chocolate and melt over on top of a double boiler that’s on medium heat. Then add in ½ cup of the peanut butter and whisk until blended. Remove from heat. 4. Add the sugar to the chocolate peanut butter mixture and whisk until combined. Add the eggs one at a time, along with the vanilla extract, and whisk until completely incorporated. Finally add the flour mixture and whisk until all blended. 5. Pour the batter into your prepared pan. Place the ¼ cup of peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 10-15 seconds until softened. Then place dollops of peanut butter all around the batter and with a knife make a bunch of swirls into the batter. 6. Bake the brownies for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted into the middle of the brownies and it comes out slightly fudgy. Remove from the oven and cool completely on a rack. 7. Remove the brownies with the aluminum foil and place onto a cutting board and with a serrated knife cut into 24 2-inch squares. Place the brownies onto your favorite platter and dust them with powdered sugar and enjoy the love! ☺

Hot fudge chocolate and homemade peanut butter sauce are swirled into the most delicious and decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Milkshake. ________________________________________­↓↓↓↓↓↓ CLICK FOR RECIPE ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ _______________________________________ Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Milkshake with Homemade Peanut Butter Sauce Time to Make It: 10 minutes Yield: 4 shakes Ingredients 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 cup smooth peanut butter 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup milk 1 cup hot fudge sauce 4 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups to garnish (optional) Instructions 1. Make your Hot Fudge Sauce (if using homemade) and Peanut Butter Sauce. Combine the melted butter with the creamy peanut butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Use a hand mixer to mix until smooth. 2. Scoop ice cream into a blender. I fill my blender up 3/4 full with vanilla ice cream and it makes about 4 tall shakes. Add in milk halfway up the ice cream. Blend until smooth. You may need to add a little more milk if it is too thick. 3. Scoop a spoonful each of the hot fudge sauce and peanut butter sauce into each cup. Fill the cup halfway with the vanilla shake, then spoon another helping each of the hot fudge and peanut butter sauce. Fill the cup to the top and top with drizzles of the sauces. Use a long stick (chop stick, butter knife, etc) to swirl the sauces immediately. The sauces will thicken as the ice cream cools them off, but will remain soft enough that you don't end up with hard bites in your shake. 4. (Optional) place a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup on the top of each shake. Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce Time to Make It: About 15 minutes Yield: 4 cups Ingredients 1/2 cup butter 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips 2 cups sugar 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk 1 tsp vanilla Instructions 1. In a medium saucepan combine butter, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, sugar, and evaporated milk. Stir to combine over low heat. 2. Bring to a boil (see cooking lesson below). Reduce heat to medium and continue simmering for 7 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and add vanilla. 4. Blend the mixture for about 2 minutes using a blender or hand mixer. Thanks for watching! I forgot to tell you, you don't have to swirl in the chocolate layer. When I first made this many, many years ago, I heated the chocolate part until very hot. While very hot, I poured it over the top and spread it evenly over the PB layer. When cut, you get a lovely and neat double layered fudge. (all of my recipes are so old hahaha) I believe it may have been called Peanut Butter Cup Fudge.

Makes approximately 5 cups of ice cream 2 cups milk 1/2 cup sugar Combine the above two ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar. 4 large egg yolks 1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder Combine eggs and sugar together and whisk in cocoa powder Slowly pour about half the hot milk mixture into the eggs whisking constantly. Pour this mixture back into the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the custard reaches 175 F on a thermometer and coats the back of a wooden spoon. Do not allow to mixture to boil. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in: 1 cup heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla Refrigerate until cold, pour into an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's directions. Simply place the flour into a skillet over medium heat and toast for 3 to 5 minutes. Use the toasted flour in the recipe as directed. No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars Prep Time: 15 minutes Ready In: 4 hours, 15 minutes Yield: about 16 pieces Cookie Dough Layer ½ cup butter, softened ¾ cup brown sugar, tightly packed ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk 2 cups mini chocolate chips Peanut Butter Layer 1 cup smooth peanut butter ½ cup powdered sugar Chocolate Layer 12 ounces milk chocolate chips ½ cup heavy cream (optional) Instructions Spray a 9x9 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Make the cookie dough layer by using a hand mixer to cream together butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix in salt and vanilla. Slowly mix in flour and sweetened condensed milk, alternating between the two. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Press the dough into the prepared baking pan. Make the peanut butter layer by using a hand mixer to cream together peanut butter and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Gently spread the peanut butter mixture over the cookie dough layer. Make the chocolate layer by pouring the chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. For a softer chocolate layer, pour in heavy cream (optional). Microwave 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until chocolate is smooth and melted. Pour over peanut butter layer immediately and smooth out with a rubber spatula. A delightful combination but very, very sweet, so cut into small pieces. Found this in a Pillsbury 45th Bake Off cooking magazine. 1 package refrigerated cookie dough (I used chocolate chip, but the original recipe called for sugar cookie dough) If you can't find this in your country, just use a regular cookie dough recipe from scratch. 1/2 cup butter 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk 1 cup white granulated sugar 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 3/4 cups graham wafer cookie crumbs (if you can't find these, use any mild not-too sweet plain cookie or biscuit) 11 oz of chocolate chips (about 2 cups) 1/2 cup peanut butter Additional chopped peanuts for topping if desired. Grease 9x13" pan with cooking spray and spread the cookie dough in the bottom of it. Bake at 350F for 15-25 minutes. This time will vary depending on your cookie dough, bake until set or golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on a rack for 15-20 minutes. In a heavy saucepan melt the butter over medium heat, stir in sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, white sugar. Add graham cracker crumbs, mix well and bring to a boil, stirring constantly (This will burn very quickly, if you notice it is starting to stick to the bottom and you are scraping up brown bits, turn down the heat and don't stop stirring) Once you see bubbles starting to come up through the mixture (boil) turn the heat down to low and cook 5 minutes. Pour the sugar/milk mixture over top of the cookie layer and spread out evenly. Melt the chocolate chips in a container in the microwave (1 minute approx. stirring halfway). Once the chocolate is melted add the peanut butter and stir together. Spread the chocolate/peanut butter mixture on top of the caramel layer. Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate layer is set. Cut into bars (6 rows by 6 rows) Store the bars covered in the refrigerator.

These brownies are baked with peanut butter and drizzled with chocolate - probably the best combination of salty and sweet since the chocolate hobnob (see here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HobNob). Let us know if you make them, especially if you get them a bit more fudgy than we managed. 175g crunchy or smooth peanut butter 150g milk chocolate, broken into pieces plus 50g extra 280g demerera sugar 3 eggs 100g self-raising flour Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and line a 25 x 15 cm brownie tin (or baking tin) with greaseproof paper. Gently melt the peanut butter, chocolate and sugar in a pan, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has just about melted. Turn off heat and use a wooden spoon to beat in the eggs one by one. Do this quickly, otherwise the eggs will scramble. Stir in the flour and scrape into the tin. Bake for 25-30 mins until it has a crust, but the middle is slightly uncooked. Melt the remaining 50g of chocolate, drizzle over the brownie, then cool in the tin before cutting into squares. "MONSTROUS" SWEET & SALTY PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE Makes 16 servings Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 1 (16 oz.) package Nutter Butter cookies !/2 cup butter, melted 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened 1 pkg. (10 oz.) peanut butter chips 1 can (14oz.) sweet condensed milk 2/3 cup light corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs, lightly beaten TOPPING 2 cups miniature marshmallows 3/4 cup peanut butter 2/3 light corn syrup 2 Tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 1/2 cup dried roasted peanuts, divided 1. Place a greased 10-inch springform pan on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 inches square). Wrap foil very securely around pan. Set aside. 2. Place cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Transfer to a bowl and stir in melted butter. Press onto bottom of prepared springform pan. 3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in melted peanut butter chip, corn syrup, milk and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time on low speed. Pour into prepared crust. Place pan in a larger baking pan with sides: add 1 inch of hot water, until water rises up the side of the springform pan, about 1/2-1 inch. 4. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until center is just set and top appears dull. Top with miniature marshmallows and bake 2-3 minutes longer or until marshmallows are softened. Remove springform pan from water bath. Cool cheesecake on a wire rack 10 minutes. Loosen sides from pan with knife; remove foil. Cool 1 hour. 5. In a saucepan...combine peanut butter; corn syrup and butter over low heat until blended. Remove from heat ; stir in vanilla. Sprinkle 1 cup dry roasted nuts over marshmallows; top with peanut butter mixture. 6. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Remove rim from pan. Cut each slice of Cheesecake with a warm clean knife. Get the full recipe here: INGREDIENTS 3 c. mini marshmallows 2 c. sugar 1 c. heavy cream 6 tbsp. butter pinch of kosher salt 3 c. semisweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract 1/2 c. white chocolate chips, melted DIRECTIONS 1. Line an 8” pan with parchment paper and coat evenly with cooking spray, then set aside. 2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallows, sugar, heavy cream, butter, and salt. Cook, stirring often, until butter and marshmallows are almost melted, 5 to 6 minutes. Bring mixture to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. 3. Add chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until the chocolate has melted, then pour hot fudge into prepared pan. Immediately drizzle white chocolate all over and swirl the mixtures together with a toothpick. 4. Let fudge cool to room temperature, then refrigerate in pan until set, about 3 hours. 5. My second channel for unboxings, product reviews and travel vlogs: http://bit.ly/21QMD7z Brownie Playlist: http://bit.ly/23Had7L 1/2 cup butter (room temperature) 2/3 cup white granulated 2ugar 1/2 packed brown sugar 2 tbsp milk 2 eggs 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup peanut butter chips In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars. Blend in eggs and milk. Blend in salt and baking powder. Stir in flour. Divide the batter into two portions. In one portion stir in cocoa and chocolate chips. In the other portion stir in peanut butter and peanut butter chips. Prepare an 8x10", 8x8" or 9x9" baking dish by greasing it or by lining it with aluminum foil and lightly greasing the foil. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate batter in the pan in a checkerboard pattern, dropping 7-8 spoonfuls, leaving gaps in between spoonfuls. Fill in the spaces with the peanut butter batter, you should end up with a peanut/chocolate checkerboard pattern, more or less. Swirl a butter knife through the batter 2-3 times in different directions and spread the batter evenly in pan. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs (keep in mind that if you hit a chocolate chip you will see that). Mine took closer to 35 minutes because I used a glass pan. Allow to cool and cut into squares. Enjoy! Peanut Butter Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies - easy recipe perfect for holiday season. The peanut butter and chocolate flavor combination is absolutely divine. The peanut butter is not overwhelming but it does bring its unique taste to these delicious cookies. To print the recipe check the full recipe on my blog: http://www.homecookingadventure.com/recipes/peanut-butter-chocolate-thumbprint-cookies Ingredients Makes about 30-35 cookies 1 1/2 cups (190g) all purpose flour 1 tsp (5g) baking soda 1/2 tsp (3g) salt 1/2 stick (60g) unsalted butter, room temperature 1 cup (240g) smooth peanut butter 1/2 cup (100g) packed dark-brown sugar 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract For rolling the cookies 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar Chocolate Ganache 4 oz (120g) semisweet chocolate 1/2 cup (120g) whipping cream 1. In a bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. 2. In another bowl add the peanut butter, butter, granulated sugar and dark brown sugar. Using an electric mixer or a wooden spoon , mix well until creamy. 3. Incorporate vanilla extract and eggs one at a time. Gradually add flour mixture, and mix until just combined.If the batter is too soft to roll into balls, refrigerate for about 30-60 minutes 4. Preheat oven to 350 F (180C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. 5. Take equal portions of dough using an ice cream scoop and form into balls. Roll them into sugar and place on the prepared baking sheets. 6. Use your thumb to make an indentation into the center of each cookie. 7. Bake until slightly golden for 10-12 minutes. Transfer cookies to cooling racks to cool completely. While still warm press again the center of each cookie if necessary 8. While they cool prepare the chocolate ganache. Heat the cream in a small saucepan. When the cream just begins to boil at the edges, remove from heat and pour over the chopped chocolate. Let sit one minute, then stir until smooth. Let it cool for 5 minutes before filling the cookies. 9. Fill the cookies with chocolate ganache and let it set before serving.They can also freeze well up to 2 weeks.
